About Us
The Royal Oak is an attractive grade ll listed Inn, which was first registered as an alehouse in 1780. We are situated in the easily accessible village of Old Malton, just off the A64, close to Eden Camp military museum.
To the front of the pub is a cosy snug, with a larger, garden-facing room to the rear, both of which have a lovely period feel with beams, brasses and two open roaring fires for those cooler days and evenings.
These spaces are stylish, comfortable and welcoming and lead into a large idyllic ‘English country’ beer garden with a covered pergola, marquee, and umbrellas. A perfect place for ‘al fresco’ drinking and dining when the sun is shining.
